All sites have rules and guidelines in which you must follow, Vertigo is no different, you must read, learn, and follow these rules. For all you know, there might be a quiz you might have to take after getting to know them. But anyways, read everything on this board, the rules, site plot, and basic guidelines are listed here.
Anything that the staff sees as important ( or maybe not... ) will be posted here, most of the time these types of things will be marked as important, and of course, these are also must reads.
Just like every other site, Vertigo has it's old posts and crap, and most of the time, this is where you can find all of that crap. PM an admin if you need a thread added/removed from this board.
Without cell phones, the world might just be a dimmer place. But most people need the devices, so if you wish for your character to have one, fill out the form and post it so we can get you a sub-board.
Myspace is one the largest websites on the internet. It doesn't really matter who you are, most people end up having one of these damn things sooner or later. Form for a myspace is inside.
Blogs are journals in an online form. That's basically what you need to know about one of these things. There's a ton of different sites that offer blogging services, and only blogging services, be sure not to post too much info, you never know who might be out there.
Everyone has memories that they like to share ( or maybe they don't ) here is a place were you can get your own album and store photos, it's a simple idea really, just set it up, post it, and allow people to see & comment it.
This is where the supernaturals meet, they gather here almost every Friday night, but sometimes other things pop up, and not everyone is able to attend. During the day some shape shifters and elementals can be found here. But most of the time, it's known as "Ventura Territory," so beware.
Well you should know what this place is. But you may want to stay away from this place once a full moon arises, this is the normal meeting spot for werewolves. Of course, nowadays they tend to have other meeting places, but this is the one where they meet up before major events.
A series of tunnels run under the city of Miami, here is were some elementals practice their skills. It also seems to be a hiding spot for vampires when they have no where to go.
These condos were abandoned once the supernaturals flooded into this side of town. Now most of them live here. Most of them meaning the ones that can handle living like humans do, most of the time you'll only find elementals and shape shifters here.
These apartments are well built and are kept up to standards unlike the old complexes that supernaturals own. Most young adults manage to live here alone, the places here are small yet well furnished.
Here is one of Miami's largest malls, you can find everything within the huge building. The movie theater is also available in the heart of the International Mall.
The city hall has been moved several times since the last supernatural war occured. This time, it's near the coast. Meetings are held here, but for humans only. From time to time you can find a super lurking in the hallways, waiting to find out if there will be an attack anytime soon, but most of the time, the humans only talk of fleeing yet again.
Everyone goes to school at least once in their life. Dropout or not, someone has been here. A lot of Miami either has gone here or does, or maybe they will in the future. Any of the schools can be roleplayed here. Enjoy.
Most people who own horses board them here, train them here, and breed them here. Some of the stables are high class and expensive, others are run by families who simply love horses. All depends on how much money you're willing to shell out to take care of your equine.
This is one of the dozens of hospitals in the area. They take all classes of people in regardless of wealth. It's known for it's number one cancer treatment center and has lead the way for amazing service for over seven years. There's even a wing made for supers, which is a rarity.

× GREENLY AVENUE Greenly is where almost all of the parades in Miami are held. Small family owned shops line the street and are open daily.

× THE BLOOD BANK Yes, this is where gallons of blood is stored. The Red Cross does monthly blood drives and end up with a lot of bagged blood ( makes sense right xD ). And where there is blood, there will be vampires. This place tends to get raided by the vampires every once in awhile when the homicide rate sky rockets. They wouldn't want to kill off Miami too quickly, now would they?

× STROBE A popular dance club that is a host to techno, rock and hip-hop music. After seven pm is when the real partying begins seeing that they are open all day. But be warned, some humans have been known to hang out here and wait for signs of supers. And they don't tend to ask for autographs.

× MERITT ISLAND Merritt Island is exactly that, an island that's only a few miles away from the coast of Cocoa Florida. There are four large bridges that cross over onto the island. Of course, none of them connect the small island to Miami.
Orlando is in the heart of Florida's very own Orange County. It's known for it's tall, gleaming skyscrapers and it's large number of tourists. Home of the world famous Disney World, it's no wonder that so many people come here every year. Not only that, but it's full of businesses and people who are sharp and intelligent. The population here is booming, and everyone -- even the supers -- seem to be pleased with that.
A new, but quickly growing part of town that is in Brevard County. A lot of young and careless adults flock to the large stores that have settled here. Of course, supers have to be careful here, but these people wouldn't notice anything odd if they did do something. You might be able to find everything from a family owned crack house to one of the most expensive shops around here, so beware, your money might end up gone in a short amount of time.
